2017 –
The design and installation of the newly constructed entrance road was successfully completed in September with the aim of streamlining and illuminating the main entry road from Vicarage Lane onto the Bowls estate.
2018 –
The front gardens of the Bowls received a complete make-over with a raised bed contained by wooded sleepers planted with Azaleas. The area beneath the aged Holms Oak Trees was cleared of debris then shingled and illuminated making it a wonderful night time feature. The security was enhanced with the installation of additional CCTV cameras.
2019 –
New brighter LED eco-friendly lighting was installed throughout the estate extending illumination to the rear car park.
2020 –
Summer 2020 saw the Bowls pedestrian pathways and flower beds undergo a complete transformation with the old and original paving stones removed and areas levelled and new block paving and kerbstones laid throughout.
Many of the lawn areas were planted with new turf and a redesigned Rose Garden was completed with new benches along with new landscaped rockeries scattered throughout the estate.
